We can't wait for you to receive your LitheBird order. Orders are shipped with care by our dedicated shipping team from our warehouse in CO.
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your package is on the way.
Shipping Options
Free No Rush Shipping on orders $75+
No Rush Shipping : Cost $5 for order under $75 ; Shipping Time is 7-13 bussiness
Standard Ground Shipping : Cost $10 ; Shipping Time is 3-8 days
Expedited Shipping : Cost $15 ; Shipping Time is 2-4 days
Please note: expedited orders still ship within our standard 1–2 business day processing window.
During sales or product launch events, we make every effort to ship quickly, but processing times may increase due to higher order volume.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren't always possible after an order is placed. If you need help, email us at info@lithebird.com
Once your order has shipped, we're unable to:
- Cancel the order
- Update the shipping address
- Change styles or sizes
If we're unable to make your requested change in time, we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Final Sale Items
Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled once submitted.
